The Durnford Society Supported Living and Domiciliary Care Services provide personal care to support and enable adults with a learning disability to have control over their lives and receive support in their own home.
The role of the Supported Living Service is established by ensuring individuals’ wishes and preferences are understood and underpin service delivery.
Those for whom we provide a service have the opportunity to participate in their own, unique, Person Centred Plan which takes into account their abilities, needs, preferences, interests, aspirations, and life-style choices.
The role of the Domiciliary Care Service is established by ensuring individuals’ wishes and preferences are understood and to underpin the delivery of the service.
The aim of our Domiciliary Care Service is to support and enable adults with a learning disability to have control over their lives.

The Durnford Society Ltd The Barn, 31 Parkstone Lane, Plympton, Plymouth Devon, PL7 4DX
Parkstone Lane is a registered care home providing specialist complex care support for individuals with Learning disabilities. The home is small and provides care and support for up to four people. There is one bedroom that can accommodate physical needs.
Oaklands is a registered care home providing specialist complex care support for individuals with Learning disabilities. The home has capacity to support up to nine people. Based within a bungalow, Oaklands has provision to deal with all physical needs.
Supported Living & Domiciliary Care: Providing home care and support, the service can support with personal care needs, through to daily tasks such as shopping. The Service is registered with CQC and is regulated, is a contracted and approved provider with Plymouth City Council and is an accredited End of Life provider from St Luke’s.
