Training Department

The greatest asset we have in delivering a high-quality service is our staff team.  We are very proud of the dedication and commitment shown throughout our organisation.  Our aim is to provide a high-quality training and development package in order to ensure motivated, competent, professional and appropriately trained staff.  In order to achieve this, we aim to create an environment and culture where individual staff development is recognised within the organisation

Our Training Department consists of a Quality Assurance/Training Manager, a Training and Development Facilitator and suitably qualified members of the Organisation’s Management Team. We hold the prestigious Investors In People Award.

In order to enable our Staff to undertake their roles to the best of their abilities, we provide a comprehensive Induction and Training package covering the mandatory Common Induction Standards as laid down by Skills For Care and an in-house induction covering safe working practices/systems alongside Policies and Procedures.

Our development package is divided into time-limited sections and achievement of each of these link into the organisation’s salary structure.  Formal training sessions and workbooks are used to support the development of knowledge and skills..

Statutory training includes:-
