Working within two flats supporting individuals with learning and physical disabilities we are looking for resilient and flexible staff to join our team. Working within the Southway area, support staff need to provide person centred support. You will need to support and assist with a variety of tasks such as personal care, medication, assisting with nutrition and hydration, completing records and supporting the person in the community to their individual activities.
