This home has been established to provide care for up to four individuals with a learning disability, who may also have a physical disability. The house, a detached property, is set in its own extensive grounds with a large, landscaped garden to the rear of the building. It is located in the Plympton suburb of Plymouth, close to shops, services and public transport routes. The City of Plymouth, the coast and moors and are all in close proximity.

The house comprises four bedrooms, a large kitchen/dining room, a lounge with a large conservatory attached to it, bathrooms, toilets and a laundry room. All areas of the ground floor, including a bathroom, are accessible by wheelchair. The ground floor bathroom has been specifically constructed to provide care for people with a physical disability, including a hydro spa bath with an overhead hoist.

All four bedrooms are all personalised, taking into account the Service Users’ specific needs and are decorated to their individual tastes. Specialist equipment is provided to meet the specific needs of the Service Users.

Those for whom we provide a service have the opportunity to partake in their own, unique, Person Centred Plan which takes into account their abilities, needs, preferences, interests, aspirations and life-style choices.
