Mike came into care as a Support Worker when he left the Navy and have been with the Organisation for over 10 years progressing to Team Manager after qualifying for his L3 Health and Social Care Diploma. Mike enjoys working with individuals supported to help them achieve their goals and become independent within their own homes whilst providing a supportive and engaging environment for staff to work within.
